This is the time of year that weather begins to change and begins to get colder, days become shorter,trees go dormiant and animals begin to hibernate. It is also a wise idea for us to follow this same change of the season. Between September and December, it is the Vata time of year.
To make sure no toxins accumulate in your system , be sure to eat meals at regular time time intervals. Lunch at noon, dinner early in the evening.Warm freshly cooked meals. Since it gets dark early this time of year, You will benefit best by going to bed no later than 10 pm.
Stay fit by doing light yoga and easy excersice routines. Since this time of year we are prone to stress and anxiety and mentall restlesness it is important to take it slow this season and be sure to take time for regular breaks and relaxation ( meditation perhaps, )
